Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of few.fun, an independent token launchpad and the interface it provides to permissionless smart contracts on Robinhood Chain.

Last updated 10 September 2026

01Acceptance of these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of few.fun ("we", "us", the "Interface"). By accessing the Interface, connecting a wallet or signing any transaction through it, you accept these terms in full.

If you do not accept them, do not use the Interface. We may revise these terms at any time; the version published here is the version that applies, and continuing to use the Interface after a revision means you accept it.

You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract where you are, and you must not be barred from using this kind of service under any law that applies to you.

02What the Interface is

few.fun is an independent token launchpad. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, nor by Uniswap Labs, nor by the issuer of any asset a token may be paired against. Names and trademarks belonging to those parties are used only to identify the network and protocols the Interface reads from.

The Interface is developed by Robinease. It is a front end: a website that reads public blockchain state and helps you construct transactions. The smart contracts it talks to are deployed on a public blockchain, are permissionless, and operate whether or not this website exists.

We do not operate an exchange. We do not hold, custody, control or have access to your funds, your private keys or your tokens at any time. We do not execute trades for you, match orders, provide liquidity as a counterparty, or act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter or financial adviser.

Every action is a transaction you sign yourself and broadcast to the network yourself. Once broadcast, it is irreversible. We cannot cancel it, reverse it, recover it or refund it, and neither can anyone else.

03Nothing here is advice

Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. We are not your adviser, broker or fiduciary, and no relationship of trust or reliance arises from your use of the Interface.

Prices, charts, market data, rankings, holder counts and progress indicators are provided for information only. They are derived from public blockchain data and third-party sources, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and must not be relied on for any decision.

04No review, no vetting, no endorsement

Anyone can deploy a token through the Interface without our knowledge or approval. We do not vet creators, verify identities, check claims, audit code, assess projects or confirm that anything is what it says it is.

A token appearing on this site is not a recommendation and carries no meaning beyond the fact that it exists on chain.

  • Creators are pseudonymous and may abandon a project at any moment.
  • Names, tickers, images and links can be chosen to imitate unrelated projects.
  • A token's launch settings describe mechanics only, never quality, legitimacy or expected return.
  • We may hide a token from this website's listings at our discretion; that does not affect the token on chain and is not a judgement we owe anyone.

05Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your tax position and every transaction you sign. You bear the entire risk of your use of the Interface.

  • Confirm that using this kind of service is lawful for you before you do.
  • Verify every transaction in your own wallet before signing it.
  • Do your own research before committing funds, and assume nothing is verified.
  • Keep your recovery phrase and keys private — we will never ask for them, and anyone who does is attacking you.
  • Do not use the Interface to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, infringe intellectual property, manipulate markets, defraud anyone, or break any law that applies to you.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Interface, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your relationship with it.

06Fees

A flat fee is charged for creating a launch, and a protocol fee applies to trades. Both are stated in the Interface before you confirm, and both are enforced by the smart contracts rather than by this website.

A creator may set an additional trading tax on their own token, within a ceiling fixed in the contracts. Where one is set, the total rate a trade pays is shown on that token's page.

Network transaction fees are separate, are paid to the network's validators and not to us, and vary with congestion. We do not refund fees of any kind.

07Availability and changes

The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Interface at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability — including restricting access from particular regions. We do not undertake to keep the Interface online, current or accurate.

The smart contracts operate independently of this website and will continue to do so whether or not the Interface remains available.

08Third-party services

The Interface depends on services we do not control: the blockchain network and its validators, wallet software, node and data providers, block explorers, and decentralised storage for images. Their failure, downtime, censorship or error can prevent a transaction, misstate information or cause loss.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for them.

09No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability of any kind arising from or connected to your use of the Interface, the smart contracts it interacts with, or any token created or traded through it.

This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, tokens, profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, and any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — whether caused by smart contract defect or exploit, network or validator failure, data error, interface bug, unavailability, the conduct of a token creator or any other third party, or your own transactions, mistakes or lost keys.

This applies whether the claim is in contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us through the Interface in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred United States dollars.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Interface, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone's rights.

11Intellectual property

The name, mark and design of few belong to Robinease. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation you do not have.

Content you supply when creating a token — its name, ticker, description, image and links — is written to a public blockchain and to decentralised storage by you, permanently and irreversibly. You are responsible for having the right to use it, and you grant us permission to display it. We cannot remove it from the blockchain; nobody can.

12Disputes

You agree to bring any claim individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Interface, and replace anything said or written before.
